Trust comments on the Leeds Local Development Framework Core Strategy

The Local Development Framework will eventually replace the Leeds Unitary Development Plan. It will take the form of a Core Strategy as the overarching basis for planning decisions,  followed by Development Documents such as the City Centre Area Action Plan. Further Supplementary Planning Documents will provide more detailed guidance and some of these have been prepared.

The Core Strategy -Preferred Approach was published for public consultation last year. The Trust's response has been submitted and can be viewed here:
